The challenge today from the Fancy Simple website is to list 7 habits of effective people, and what you think effective means. I don't consider myself to be really effective per se...at least not all the time. I would say that I think an effective person is someone that takes good care of themselves and their loved one (emotionally and physically). So here is my list of 7 habits for effectivenessessess.
1. Eat healthy
3. Laugh a lot
4. Nurture your passion(s)
5. Set and try to achieve goals
6. Be kind
7. Try new things
And there are LOTS of thing on that list that I need to work harder on. I really enjoyed this week with Fancy Simple. It gave me a lot to think about!
